1. Shipping Policy Overview
We currently ship only within the United States.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Orders Under $50: Shipping cost is $5.55.
- Orders Over $50: Free Shipping.
2.1. Processing Time
All orders are normally processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
⚠️ Important: During sale periods or high-demand times, processing may take longer than 2–7 business days. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.
2.2. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. high volumes, carrier delays, customs, etc.).
🚚 Please note: During sale events, total delivery times (processing + shipping) may be longer than usual.
3. Pre-Orders
Please note that orders containing products on pre-order will not be shipped until all items in the order are available in our warehouse. If you wish to receive the available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.
4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Oli & Carol US is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping Policy
We do not ship internationally at this time.
